My work-in-progress outline for my (late) Birthday present for my ol' buddy 
, my interpretation of his neat little mascot character :3
Once I clean up the leftover sketch lines, I'm going to fill in some black contrast, add the special outline for the "shadow" half of his face, color in his tie, and possibly add in some shadows into the white robe. Originally I was going to have the character hold a plate of cake, but I ran out of space on my sketching paper
. To make up for this I'm going to try and add in a background based on this neat picture of swirling clouds I found, I'll be exploring with GIMP's pain effects which is something new for me (I'm not a painter). Wish me luck, those of you who watch my scraps.
I aim to try and have this done by Sunday afternoon (tomorrow is my little brother's birthday so yeah ).
